Website Sitemap - Can be NoIndex, Follow Robots Meta

How much it affect when we put noindex meta tag in our sitemap , a observation on this issue.

Why (NOINDEX)

• Ambiguous
• Collision of Page Content
• Travelling of Crawler With Unplanned Path of Navigation..
• Not useful as user prospective - not mean to show in search

WHY (Follow)

• Creating a link referral from interrelated page
• Helps in deep crawling
• Helps to discover alone or orphaned pages of site
• Site navigation Structure displayed properly on a one place so link parsing is easy . (crawler and webmaster both)
